2. Scope and Object

These Terms and Conditions regulate access, navigation, and usage of the HOD Studio online shop, as well as the acquisition of personalized products and services (such as 3D-printed nameplates and keychains) made available on it.

3. Ordering Process and Pricing

By placing an order or requesting a quote (Quote) on HOD Studio, the customer declares that they are of legal age and that all information provided is true and accurate. Prices shown on the website are in Euros (€).

Since our products are customized upon request (3D printing and digital modeling), the start of production is subject to payment confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

We provide secure payment options, including Multibanco Reference and MB WAY (safely processed via ifthenpay), in addition to other methods indicated at checkout. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Portuguese Law is applicable to all matters regulated by these Terms and Conditions. To resolve any dispute emerging from the sales agreement, the courts of HOD Studio's fiscal headquarters will be competent, without prejudice to the possibility of resorting to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities.
