Delivery times, shipping methods, and right of withdrawal
1. Shipping Terms and Delivery Times
HOD Studio ships to Portugal (Mainland and Islands), and to international destinations upon inquiry.
- Destination: Portugal (Mainland and Islands).
- Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after completion of the customized product manufacturing.
- Shipping Method: Registered Mail via CTT (Portuguese Post), ensuring tracking of your shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the total package weight and delivery address.
3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 consecutive days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
Important (Legal Exception - Article 17):
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized (Article 17, item c, of DL 24/2014). This means that 3D-printed nameplates and keychains custom-ordered with specific text or color selections cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

4. Returns and Refunds (Non-Customized Goods)
For items eligible for return (non-personalized goods), shipping return fees are paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products in pristine condition.
